I have been taking these for nearly a month now, and I have noticed that my energy throughout the day seems higher. I also see a bit easier recovery after my HIIT workouts, although that could be from just sticking to my exercise plan. So far I haven't noticed any adverse effects.The pills are easy to swallow and tasteless. I personally feel there are other more important supplements to take first, such as a multivitamin, fish oil, and probiotics, but if you have the money these are a good addition to your regimen after those bases are covered.

The vitamins in this product are known to benefit the immune system. I have been taking a daily pill for each of these vitamins for years. This product combines all of them into one convenient capsule. There are also some other beneficial herbs in the mixture. Those are listed on the label in the attached picture.

I was already taking some of these supplements, so I like the idea of combining them in one capsule. I am especially interested in trying turmeric.It’s only been a few days, so it’s too early to tell, but I have high hopes for this product—and it’s made in the USA.

I take resveratrol and quercetin a few times a week and tried this supplement because those two supplements were included (one pill instead of two!) and I was curious about the other supplements in it. I haven't had any side effects or issues from it. The pills are not a problem to swallow and have no aftertaste.

I put a pea size portion of this resin into lukewarm water. Takes quite a while to dissolve and I keep stirring and drinking it until it’s gone. It’s nice in a glass jar. The previous one I had was plastic.

I've been taking all of the ingredients that are in this supplement as separate supplements. This is a nice alternative to taking all of those capsules. Along with the regular supplements and vitamins like Quercetin, Elderberry, D3, C, and Zinc, there is a power-packed herbal blend in these as well. Taken as directed, this bottle contains a 30-day supply. Considering the savings of not having to buy individual supplements, this seems to be a good value.

It’s good to take turmeric in any form and this has the added benefits of Moringa, ginger,boswellia,Ashwagandha and quercetin. A good supplement for your diet.

I am so happy with the amount and variety of mushrooms in this blend that it really is a great value and source of various adaptogens. Lions Mane is my go to but Reishi and Chaga and the entire bottle has a healthy dose of fruiting mushrooms in just 2 capsules a day. And all for under 30 bucks. A steal if you ask me. Highly recommend for overall health.

This liver support supplement has all the typical ingredients of these type of products. This is why I ordered it. I take my liver support seriously because I am on a lot of prescription medication. This one is easy to swallow and has an excellent shelflife. I definitely recommend it!

With this supplement, you are getting quite the bang for your buck. I was originally looking for turmeric as an anti-inflammatory supplement, but this caught my attention due to the Ashwaganda which is said to have anti-anxiety and sleep benefits, plus Black Seed Oil which is said to benefit hair, skin, digestion as well as having anti-inflammatory properties. Once I read the complete list of ingredients I saw it includes turmeric as well as many other beneficial ingredients in adequate doses. It makes much more sense to buy a this blend and have the multiple benefits that will work together, rather than buy them all individually. I'd rather take 2 capsules daily than an assortment to get the same benefit.

I have taken sea moss supplements before and I have also tried the Shilajit resin. I was very interested to find out how these two would work together. Both have excellent health properties. The bottle contains 60 capsules and the recommended dosage is 2 capsules per day. The pills are not hard to swallow. This supplement has over 85 essential trace minerals, including calcium, magnesium, iron, zinc, fulvic acid, and much more. there is also sea moss, ginseng, Ashwagandha, and Cordyceps, Rhodiola Rosea I have been using for about two weeks now with no adverse reactions. I like the fact that it is vegan, and Non GMO with no fillers. I like the holistic approach to health and so far no complaints. I do have a little more energy in the morning after a good night's sleep. I will continue this supplement as with any supplement it takes time to actually see results, but I highly recommend.

I love that this supplement has so many ingredients in one capsule including NAC, Quercetin, Zinc, Vitamin C, Vitamin D3, Vitamin K2, Turmeric, and elderberry. I had been taking a lot of these individually for immune support so it is nice to have it all in one capsule. I haven't had any side effects and these are easy to swallow.

My wife is taking these in order to calm herself in the evenings prior to bed time. She has mentioned the following:They are small and are easy to swallow without water;They taste pretty good;They do seem to ease her nerves in the evenings.So, what's not to like? They're working for her. My advice is to do your own research.
